1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual user upon completing the jili456 registration process.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their jili456 Account using any of the supported payment methods, available for wagering and withdrawal in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or supported cryptocurrency equivalents.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or any other non-deposit value credited to a Player's Account as part of a jili456 promotion. Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed using a Bonus Balance before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and payment verification process mandated by PAGCOR regulations, which jili456 is required to conduct before processing any withdrawal from a Player's Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jili456 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered an Account, contact jili456 support to request closure of your Account.

jili456 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on jili456, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. Providing false age information during registration is a criminal offence and a material breach of these Terms.
• You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural legal persons may not register Accounts on jili456.

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by jili456 or another PAGCOR-regulated platform — that is currently in effect.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of jili456 or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jili456, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number.

jili456 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. If you are found to have registered more than one Account — whether under your own name, a different name, or using the same device, IP address, payment method, or household — all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances or pending withdrawals will be voided.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili456 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

jili456 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security. You agree to notify jili456 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your Account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — particularly your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your Account profile or contact jili456 support promptly. jili456 accepts no liability for failed communications, missed notifications, or processing delays arising from outdated Account information.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

jili456 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. Payment method availability may vary and jili456 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers and cryptocurrency may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and a reversal of the deposited funds.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. jili456 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's clearance schedule and applicable daily processing cut-off times. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible.

jili456 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems high-risk or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Compliance with such requests is mandatory; failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

5.4 Currency

The primary Account currency on jili456 is Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation. jili456 does not accept liability for currency fluctuation losses arising from cryptocurrency conversions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional rewards offered by jili456 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to your jili456 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the associated bonus balance and any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus balance will expire and be forfeited once the validity period ends.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jili456 monitors all Account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated wagering designed to reduce risk below normal gambling variance, claiming bonuses using payment methods not associated with your registered identity, and placing void bets to meet wagering requirements. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

6.4 jili456 Right to Withdraw Bonuses

jili456 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including bonuses already credited to a Player's Account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of abuse, error, or misrepresentation.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jili456 Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been tested and approved for fairness. The outcome of each game round is entirely independent of all previous and future rounds.

By placing a wager on jili456, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entirety of your wagered amount. jili456 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, jili456 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be completed or verified, jili456 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. jili456's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and are displayed within the game interface. jili456 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jili456 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account on jili456, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with jili456.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with jili456 games or the Platform in a manner not intended by jili456.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using jili456 to launder money or conduct any transaction that is prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA) or other applicable legislation.
• Attempting to deposit funds originating from illegal activity or from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili456 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access jili456 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical circumvention measure.

9. Responsible Gaming

jili456 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all jili456 Account holders and can be activated by contacting our support team or through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your jili456 Account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili456 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Any decision made by jili456 to suspend, restrict, or close your Account in accordance with these Terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the jili456 Platform.

jili456's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jili456's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your jili456 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements or bonus conditions remain unfulfilled.

12.2 Termination by jili456

jili456 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, provision of false information, suspected money laundering, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed by jili456 due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part at jili456's discretion, subject to applicable Philippine law.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 11, and 14 — shall continue to apply after termination.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jili456 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili456 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification.

The effective date of any amendment will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the jili456 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili456 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jili456 support. jili456 will make reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably.

jili456 is regulated by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jili456's internal resolution process may refer the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
